1 lb. of mild or spicy sausage
2 cups of gluten-free Bisquick
1-2 cups of sharp or mild shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup water (small amount to moisten to help mixture blend well)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead mixture until well blended. Shape into 1-2 inch balls with hands. Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
