Cocktail Meatballs


1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 C onion, finely chopped
1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 Tbs. milk

1 8 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
3/4 C chili sauce
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice


1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.  Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix together using your hands until well combined.

3.  Roll into 1″ balls. You should have approx. 24 meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet with sides.

4.  Bake for 20 minutes.

1.  In slow cooker mix together ingredients for sauce. Add meatballs and cook on low for an hour or so. Can also be kept on warm for longer.

2.  You can also heat sauce in a pan on the stove, then pour over the meatballs and serve immediately.
