Mexican Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients:

1 10 1/2 ounce can bean dip (Frito Lay is GF)
2 ripe avocado
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
3 Tbs. mayo
2 Tbs. sour cream
shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
green onions
sliced black olives (optional)

Directions:

In bottom of round pie plate, layer the following:

1. bean dip
2. avocado (mashed) & lemon juice
3. taco seasoning, mayo, & sour cream
4. cheese
5. tomatoes, green onion, & olives

Serve with taco chips.

Servings: 8
