Taco Salad

1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 – 1 package of taco seasoning
Kidney or black beans (optional)
Shredded Mexican cheese (at least 2 cups)
Chopped tomatoes (2-3 depending on size)
Shredded lettuce
Sliced green onions
Light Catalina dressing
Taco chips
Sour cream


1. Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and beans & cool in fridge until ready to eat.

2. Immediately before serving mix all ingredients together & add the dressing. Mix well (add enough to coat everything – amount varies depending on ingredients).

3. Serve with taco chips, sour cream, salsa, & guacamole.
