6 apples (such as Fuji, Gala, or Pink Lady)
1/2 cup water
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Peel, core, & chop the apples into quarters.
2. In a medium saucepan, add the apples, water & cinnamon. Cover and heat on medium for 10-15 minutes, unitl the apples are tender. Let the apples cool slightly.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until you reach your desired consistency.
