1 head cauliflower
2 apples, cored and roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon tandoori seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Place the cauliflower and apple on the baking sheet & sprinkle with tandoori seasoning. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and can be pricked with a fork. Let cool slightly.
3. Place the cauliflower and apples in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
