Roasted Blueberries + Cinnamon Puree

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Place the blueberries on the baking sheet & sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through the cook time.  Let cool slightly.

3. Place the blueberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Servings: 10 ounces
